A horse riding safari changes the rhythm of wildlife travel. Instead of viewing every landscape from a vehicle, riders can move quietly through open country under the supervision of experienced guides and within the rules of the operating conservancy.

Euclea’s current dedicated horse-riding package is based in the Laikipia highlands at Lolldaiga Conservancy, combining guided horseback riding with 4x4 game drives and Mount Kenya scenery. The broader region can be linked with Ol Pejeta Conservancy and Mount Kenya National Park when building a longer central Kenya itinerary.

Who can join?

Riding activities are subject to age, experience, weight, weather and operator safety rules. The confirmed itinerary should state whether the ride is suitable for beginners or requires prior riding experience. Non-riders can often enjoy parallel wildlife activities when the trip is designed as a mixed-interest private safari.
